Property investments, perhaps more than any other real estate investment, rely heavily on the business of the property itself. This business usually entails propriety operations data including occupancy statistics  and expense loads. Additionally, businesses are very sensitive to perceived change by the property’s clients. The impact of a property being publicly marketed can, and often does, negatively affect business operations. In order to protect our clients and their investments, we require completion of a Confidentiality Agreement prior to releasing sensitive property data to prospective purchasers.
